Title: Download From Xbox is Slow

On my v1.0 xbox I noly get like 1.66Mbs transfer from the DVD drive on xbox to my computer.

Yet my friends v1.5 xbox gets 4.5Mbs transferring on the exact same setup.

The drive in the xbox must make a large difference. Damn thomson!

Check this log from FlashFXP -

226 Transfer finished successfully. Data connection closed.
Transfer queue completed
Transferred 25 files totaling 4,552,964,776 bytes in 07:05 (10,456.93 KB/Sec)

That was xfering DOA3 from the E: drive of the Xbox to my PC.

Perhaps your not in full duplex or or PC is not config correct, or you need the latest drivers for you nic, is you hub/router/pc nic 10/100 many things for you too look at.

I get anywhere from 900-1.2mbps.

With a 10mbit hub (cheap) I get 850-950kb.
