Hey R got a few questios for you.
How did you get TH3 to work? Mine wont play video.
Do I hex the default.xbe ?? or can I use another program to it for me.
Also you have Gemma listed in your sig. How is this posible to rip its 4.7+ aprrox 50megs . It wont fits on 4.7 what did you rip out.

i ripped the japanese videos, they have the letter "e" in it, and i used the method in my sig.

I've gotten every game (except a severely scratched Hunter the Reckoning) to work perfect, doing the line 214 patch to FFFF FF00. I then burn to a nice Sony DVD-RW, and test. It works, so I then blank out the DVD-RW, and store on the HD or dvd-r. If it's a good game, I print out the full dvd cover and stick it in these dvd cases from ebay ($20 for 100).

My DVD drive of my xbox doesnt read that much stuff the only thing it reads well is Verbatim DVDr.
And yesterday i got an idea , i just put a cdr that is not supported by my drive inside.
Open up my Xbox and i got the Evox screen.
Use my *** to go inside and look into the D: Drive
and to my surprise i could see everything on the cd.
So i restarted my xbox to boot the game that is on the but still nothing.
Now i got another idea.
you can put games on your HD with evox and start them from hd with a simple addline to put in your MENU.ini
so i thought why not put an extra item to start a game from D: my dvd rom drive .
I added to my menu.ini a little line like this
"Additem "Startup DVD","d:\default.xbe" .....
I restart my xbox open up the Tray put CDr inside , leave tray open , and push REBOOT in menu EVOx.
then when Evox started up again , i go to LAUNCH MENU and pushed STARTUP DVD
And it worked , my game started on a normal not supported cdr.
i also tried this on DVDr that didn't work in my BOX
and they all work fine now.
Maybe i am wrong but i like to have some feedback coz if i am right then you don't need to buy specific CD - DVD media that works

I have not had a single problem with any of these and I have done it successfully with two seperate methods.
1. Load EvoX, Pop in the Disc, Log in ftp from PC on network, Copy all contents from D (Xbox DVD Drive) to a folder on the PC Hard Drive. Once all files transfer completely (using Flashfxp it will say which files fail) I load xIso and create a Xbox ISO Image (it will ask where the folder is containing the Xbox Content and where to save the image). I then burn that image using DiscJuggler Mode 1/2048 with TOC set on CDROM/DVD. Works every time (xbox drive is picky on media, this works well with a PC DVD)
2. Load boXplorer (latest version, not sure on the build number) and copy all contents from D (Xbox DVD Drive) to a folder I created on the Xbox E partition (E:\games\[Game Title]) once finished the evoX picks up the new game using menu.ini and it is available under launch games from hard disk. Loads perfect and plays great everytime.
The one time I did have a bit of trouble was with nightcaster, Had a dirty disk and one file paused during the transfer, I canceled the transfer and then resumed the transfer, it completed and I made the ISO and burned. It must have been an important file because the game hung at the loading screen. I cleaned the disk, re-ripped the entire game and it loaded perfect.

Burnout worked (i had to hit start three times to get to the loading save game screen but it worked, might have been my bad, the races work fine)
Bruce Lee works if you use C-5's method below otherwise it doesn't work properly.

I am using a BETA Enigmah, and I got Hunter to workk
To do it....
Download the game to your PC.
The hex edit the default.xbe file.
Find offset 0X00000214
Change 0020 0000 to FFFF FF00
Save it.
Burn it.
Play it.
This will probably work on most if not all of the games that do not work.

new to this, i've sucessfully done amped, used xISO tool 0.72 loaded up fine, using enigmah beta chip..
although i cant get 007 PAL to work tho, it goes to boot up xbox logo, and then goes back to dashboard.... i have 007 NTSC and thats only 1.6GB full game and 007 PAL is just over 3.1GB, weird.....
another thing, i've ripped rallisport too, but its way over 4.3GB to fit on a dvd... hows this possible to back the game up,
would i have to rip some things out, hope someone can help....

all these games work so far.......but i do recommend that you burn the game at 1x, not 2x because they 2x gave me a coaster for gotham, spalshdown, and jet set radio and all games were burned with tdk, compusa, sti and apple brand dvd-r.

I had same problem. You just have to keep redoin the dirs that fail/lock-up... eventually you will get it all.

i wonder if you can figure this out....wreckless doesnt boot after all. Why, it seems to be ripped properly. And is there a way to patch it to work.

Could you please give detailed instructions on how to set up Webdrive to work with the XBOX. How do you handle the drive letters for the XBOXs partitions and what settings do you use. I'm using version 5.1. What version are you using? Your help would be greatly appriciated.

Test Drive and Splashdown have worked, while THPS3 skips and there is no audio. Is this a bad rip from an original disc? They are burned to DVDPro @ 1x.

I ripped NBA Inside Drive with FlashFXP and 48 files did not get copied. After the program completed transferring it said 48 file(s) failed. So basically I had to go through every directory and check for missing files. I found them all, then burned using UDF Data Disc with Primo. This worked fine. On the other hand, Amped transferred with no problems but then again NBA I.D. had over 16,000 files, so 48 files was nothing compared to the total amount. So make sure you have all the files.

Well! I think it should be no problem to write a Simple FTP Program for transfering all datas from d: to pc and crosscheck the files copied. And also enable it to transfer it to xbox harddisk!
I don't think that the missing files is a copy protection, i beliefe it's more the FTP Client!

oddworld munch's odd - can't even copy the entire cd, keeps crashing on me, driving me nuts (only game doing that)

also, using a Pioneer dvdr-a03 drive with bios v1.68 - didn't want to upgrade for v1.80 since I heard people having issues burning PS2 games

1. start primo dvd
2. choose data disc
3. insert the any folders by right clicking and choosing add folder
4. then i insert the default.xbe and and any other files by choosing add file
5. select all those folders and right click them, choose recording options.
6. make the file system UDF- up to 128 in filename length
7. then burn.

As for the FXP issue perhaps your using an older copy or perhaps you have not tweaked it correctly. I would think that a disk that has 1600 files totaling 4.2 gigs running thru ftp client with 4096 default cache size the odd file might not make it
