Title: I Need To Repair A Capacitor On My Xbox

I need to repair my xbox's capacitor that apperantly i broke off during soldering , more details in picture , can somebody PLEASE measure out the ohms , or something i dont know but i need to know what type of capacitor this is and wheather not i can get htis from radioshack.

NOTE: It would be VERY appriciated if somebody could find a non-smd version of this capacitor beacuse im not too shabby at soldering things like this..
