Yes it works through USB inside of windows. I just tested out USB 1.1 this afternoon. Dumped without problems. You have to follow instructions on Maximus website. No soldering.
Up the prices to $48 because of added PPTC fuses. Still cheaper than Xcuter CK3.

I have yet to do a lite-on with the kit as I just got it a few days ago and haven't received a lite-on yet, but it has been a big help in doing everyone of the others just as a power source and easy on/off switch.
I also strongly advise using a VIA add in card with only the PortIO drivers installed. I have flashed all of the drives above using just Jungleflasher and it works flawlessly. No need for Slax to get in modeB, no need for other utils to flash the drive, it can all be done from one great windows application.
I guess this is yet another bump for a great seller.

The xtractor's also work very well with the other drives. Samsung, hitachi, benq. The samsung's require to do the power off and power on during erase and flash. So, do the Benq. So, it's much better than yanking and replugging the dvd power cable(if you're using the 360 to power it).

I highly recommend this product and seller!
I do have a suggestion though. I didn't get any documentation whatsoever with mine. I would suggest you at least include a note with the package that says go to your website or Maximus or whatever for the documentation. I had to dig to find out which way the plug went for the spear as you can put it on either way. The green light tells you it's hooked up right but not sure what would happen if it wasn't. At the very minimum you need a sheet that shows how to hook the wires up.
People also need to know that they will need a USB cable that has the small connector on it like you use to hook a digital camera to your computer. It doesn't come with this. Luckily I already had one.
The other thing which is not the seller's fault. The Maximus tutorial on the Maximus reader is good but they don't tell you that you need the drive tray to be halfway in. Basically you have to turn on the drive, eject it. Turn it off and push it halfway in. Then turn the drive/executer back on. Otherwise it will NOT read the key. They don't tell you this anywhere in the video nor do they show it. I couldn't get Maximus Reader to work so I tried Jungleflasher. I found out about it reading the Jungleflasher tutorial I think.
Anyway good price, great product and prompt delivery! Fix the few things I mentioned and you'll have a perect 10!

Hmm...question about the 360 NandFlasher if anyone knows. Are the quicksolder modules (A and B ) meant to be single-use? Seems like it would be pretty difficult to desolder them unless you had someone helping you with another soldering iron. I'm planning on jtagging multiple Xboxes so if they're single use, maybe I should just cut off the white plugs and do direct soldering from the get-go.

It is difficult to remove. But if you have desoldering braid, flux , and a hot soldering iron it should help out alot.
So, I would do it like you have suggested. Cutting out the plugs and then just soldering directly if you were to do multiple 360's.

I can include it(100 ohm resistors and 1n4148) if you want. But I don't know why you'd need it. The included modules have it 'onboard' already.

Yes module C has resistors and diodes(LN). It will work for all version of the 360 motherboard. I do sell spares modules C's.

yes, it works with slims.

iirc, it's the same southbridge as small-block jaspers.
the nand points are the same, the pad groups are just in a different location -- and frankly, easier to access than in fats. fat:j1d2 --> slim:j2c1, fat:j2b1 --> slim:j2c3

As for reprogramming nandflasher :
yes I will have a diagram up . It can be done using a maximus 360 xtractor pro or CK3. Just gotta rob 3.3v and ground. And use the RX,TX signals from the serial rs232 output.
I think it's up on 360nandflasher site. BUt I can mirror it up.

Found a deal on TX coolrunners for $17 shipped through VGC Repairs (they're Rev. A, but work just the same). I'll keep you in mind should I need more glitchers.
What would be the bottom line price on a V1?
