To me, the easiest thing to install is A Harddrive. It's so simple that even a child should be able to do it.

how could it not me a dvd-drive? its plue and play while u have to lock among other things to the hard drive?

I pick "Other" since that can cover so much.. like putting a memory card in a controller, plug in a controller to the xbox, install a LAN cable, etc. Yes, I feel like being as a$$ too because it is such a rediculous poll.

the lan link is also easy to instal but a bit trickier to take out as they have those little hooks...  ;)

Hmm... I have to say the easiest thing to install would be the DVD drive provided it had the right firmware. Is anything really easy in life though?
