Title: How I Turn A Pic Into A Xbx Image?

I'm wanting to turn this picture I got into a background to use use for my M$ dashboard but I need to know how I would turn this picture into a xbx image to put onto it.  Cause I tried using bmp2xip but it won't detect my background image I want to use  so how would I turn this image into a xbx to be included in the skin.xip? Thanks!

I meant how would I turn the pic into a xbx image to use on thc lite. not the original dash  lol
