hi i just ordered a xenium ice modchip after i flash the bios do i have to install a dashboard all i want to do is play backups

burnt backups? no dasboard required. they will boot just like an original disc if 'backed up' correctly. however if yr new to it it would be handy to have somethin to browse yr backups to check them if they dont work (instead of making a coaster you may still be able to fire up the game with a file manager like boxplorer or unleashx)
