Title: I Need An Eeprom

I bought a new motherboard to replace my old, broken one.  I have a 250 GB HDD connected to my new motherboard.  I think that the motherboard I have has already been on Live with another HDD (there is no way to check).  So, I need an unbanned, never-been-on-live, EEPROM.

The motherboard is a v1.0 NTSC.

I have a 1.6 NTSC never on live before eeprom you can have for 10$.

Will a 1.6 EEPROM work on a 1.0 motherboard?  I think they are different.

Looked it up it wont. I have a 1.3 eeprom you can have. It has been on live but never banned, will that work?
