Title: Nexgen 2 And N360?

OK so I saw that N360 video from a long time ago (and I got real excited :) ).  I've also seen stuff about Nexgen2.  Am I correct in thinking that they are two totally different projects / products?  I've done some looking around and I can't really tell.

If they are different, is N360 just a clone for the orignal Xbox?
