how can i make neXgen my dashboard <

Do you mean install it on to your xbox so it can work instead of Evox or what ever? <

Well just extract the dash using the latest Winrar

Ftp it to E:\apps\nexgen and put it all in the nexgen folder and name the .xbe to default.xbe

It's best not to replace it as the default dash first because it might not work. Make sure you download Nexgen V2 NYE edition. <
