first I should pointout why does having the glaslown green skin stop nexgen from even booting ( with the latest version of nexgen).............shouldnt the author already know it and at least comment it on the allxbox skin site?


second of all I am an evox user and nexgen does look awsome.............but the shit don't work.

1.dosent even see my games

2.it sees my apps but when I launch one................guess what? it crashes.

3.when I go to emulators it goes black and..............guess what? it crashes.

4.who ever made nexgen should add an example xml config, even the nexgen faq site dosent say what the hell woosa is, nexgen team if you want more users you gotta be more thorough (maybe I am doing everything right and nexgen is just too buggy)

5. on top of all that you can't ftp via  flashfxp (number one ftp tool for xbox modders)
even after setting "not to show hidden files" still dosent work.

6. funny this is looking at the xml file that you can configure you'd think its way simpler than evox, maybe you'll learn from your mistakes ( really basic stuff you guys just choose to ignore ) and that is probably why you aint as big as evox even though you have a obviously more potential dash.

I am runing an xcuter chip I dont think that is the issue.

Dont get me wrong I really want to use nexgen I would be stupid to say looks better than a still bitmap (evox).

But the shit dont work, so I m back to evox

yep there is a problem with the first version (thats why theres two of them - one marked fixed verion ;) )  also there is a topic about it here:.

unfortunatley there is noway to revise an upload at the awesome AXS site i originally upped it with a model test i was doing :( oop  <

your paths aren't set correctly, they should look something like this:

I am gonna give it another try but here are my unworking path from that can you give me the correct path

and secondly can you confirm that using flashfxp you cannot ftp to the xbox in nexgen?

please anyone help me out on my game dir?............how do I put in the search paths for nexgen to see my games? :uhh:

have you tried the new neXgen yet? It should fix the problems your having, but sadly the 3d skins won't work with it yet :(. But we're trying our hardest to get you a 3d skin soon.

Yeah  try the new version of nexgen v2.0.0 nyw alpha should fix alot of ur bugs.
