After all that from godofwarers, he sent me an xbox that does not work and will not pay to have it fixed. Packaging was sub par, so even if it worked like he claimed it did when he sent it, shitty packaging did not help it.

I have tried to help him with this. It's a wire install on a Version 1.0. It worked fine after i installed the chip because i put on a couple dashboards/apps. I asked him if a wire came off or if there are any burn marks on the mobo (in case something burned out). But he said he couldn't find anything wrong.

This is not exactly the right forum for support but at least try removing the chip and see if it boots up stock . If it does then the chip got damaged in shipping . As I highly doubt that GodOfWares would have shipped a fragging box if it was only the chip . If this is the case their are many options to flash the chip or install a softmod on the box or tsopp flash the box . Just don't give up and let that beutiful piece of machinery sit around .
Edit: and as this is a pain in your ass that you shouldn't have to deal with . This could all be ups's fault and not GodOFWares so before you badmouth him at least put some effort in .
Even if it was UPS fault, the packgaing was pretty weak which led to the problem if that is th case. It is going to waste, I am bringing to a local modder who was done other work for me (and many others here) to fix it, but is going to cost me $35 just to resolder it if that is the problem, if the chip is blown, its going to be another $60 to fix, which godofwarares said he would not cover in anyway. I stand by my do not trade with this guy. Whether it worked when he sent it and broke during shipping because he packaged it poorly is not my fault and the fact that he won't cover repairs leeds to me his feedback.
Ask him how the IPOD I sent him works. Bet he has no problems with it and it was properly packaged.
Noitce in the 1st of his posts he was all, you ship 1st, you ship 1st.
Wonder why? Maybe because he has no positive feedback. All his feedback is if from people he bought something from.
Lesson learned.
The only reason i asked for you to send first was because you didn't post ANY feedback that you had... And when i asked you to take a pic of the ipod with your/my name on a peace of paper, you got all defensive. IF i was going to rip you off... i would've sent you an empty case, or a box full of magazines!!
And my feedback is from selling/buying/trading.

Damn, where were all you guys who wanted to trade new Xbox's with better gear for the Ipod. I would have done that in a heartbeat, especially if I knew I was getting a beat on 1.0 that doesn't even work from an unreliable trader.
