I have one with pin header and D0 already installed for $68.00.  Figure $6.00 shipping in the US.  It's a 12 pin pin header.  The board is working fine, no issues whatsoever.  I have been using it here and there to configure HD's for some people, but now am up to my butt in mobo's (1.0's and 1.2's.)

I've got a v1.0 with D0 wire on it, but no pin header. LPC is prepped for a chip or header though. $50 + Shipping
