Title: 5 Day Old Brand New Xbox And Broken Xbox Missing

will trade a brand new 3 day old xbox plus a broken xbox that is only missing a dvd drive and is very repairable i heard from many people its just a resistor thats busted.... for a premod of any kind...any version...any modchip as long as it has the feature to turn the chip off so i can go on xbox live...

if interested before even pming me or anything... if u are interested u will have to ship first because im moving outta state march 1st and wouldnt have enuff time to recieve everything.........


POST EDIT: I WILL SELL BOTH FOR 240$ shipped.. via paypal only..... that xbox is basically factory condition still i only had it for 3 days and the "broken xbox is fixable"

and on the inside it says 'will trade a brand new 3 day old xbox'

I saw this guy post before.  He had an original post that said 3 days, and he must have updated it.  I would assume he copy and pasted his old post, and just never changed it.  Could easily be a common mistake.

Well, he bought one of my premods.  Paid via paypal $240.  I'm assuming it is the money that he got for his 2 xboxes that he never sold.  He is a kid.  I have 3 cell phone numbers for him somewhere.  Also, he does have paypal.  I might call him and ask whats goin on.

Found the phone numbers, will try calling within the next several days.

He isn't very old, like, 15 or something, I wonder what his parents would think of this, I have his dads cell phone number.  I'll see what I can do.  Even though I made money off of him, I despise scammers.  Been scammed once, got a total of $9.87 back from paypal for a $65 transaction. Wish me Luck

With 2 of the 3 phone numbers I get a "this number has no service" message and with the other one it keeps telling me that all circuits are busy.  This guy is a little b*tch.  I really don't know what to do right now.  Given the fact that I was not ripped of, I am not too interested in spending time trying to track him down.  Sorry to everyone that got ripped.  I will try calling him again later, just to see.

Well, he really did move.  I looked up his name on switchboard.com.  It registered an address, also had is telephone number.  It has been turned off.  So wherever they moved to I dont know.  He has a friend here on the Xbox-Scene that goes by Neptune.  Maybe he has some information.  They definately did move.  The reason none of his numbers work is because he obviously had to change phone services no matter where he went.  The phone numbers were registered to his dad, but have all been shut off.  Hope this helps.

I had to constantly hound this guy about the Xboxes I purchased in this thread.  3 weeks after I paid him, I finally got them.

One works fine, as he said, and I repaired the resistor he mentioned in the other one.  Unfortunately, he NEGLECTED to mention that there is no jewel in the top of the case, there is no DVD-ROM cradle, and he completely fucked up the MCPX (presumably trying to solder a modchip without LFRAME emulation, though the LPCs evidently gave him a hard time).  This means that the motherboard (and effectively the hard drive) cannot be used.  So I can part out...what, the front panel?  That looks fine.

Both are clearly more than 5 days old.  Tons of gamesaves on the hard drives I've since wiped out.  Took forever with the damaged MCPX because it would only remain powered on for a minute.  Now it won't power on at all.  I assume the damage to the MCPX must have increased when it heated up.

I wouldn't trade with this guy again, had I the opportunity to do it over.
