This is not the Easybuy 2000 forum, nor is it the place to discuss webshops.

As to your problem, welcome to the wonderful world of EB2k.  They aren't scammers, but I've never been impressed with their sloppy customer service. It's a shame really, because they have always had such great gadgets for sale (They've been around since at least 1998, when I dealt with them)

If you send them an email they wont reply....  Unless you send it to them the way they want, look on their website there is a email format there somewhere.  Or you can just phone them, its toll free...

Since when is this not a place to discuss webshops? you guys deleted the scammer forum and consolidated them. This is the forum to discuss it now.

That forum was deleted because there could be 1500 threads about EB2K, and Joe Newbie would wander into the forum and start a thread saying, "I ordered something from a site called EasyBuy 2000.  Are they good?"  That is exactly what happened here.

There is a forum with a title to the tune of "Webseller Ratings".  The original poster didn't think to check there?  THAT would have given him countless opinions about EB without him wasting his time posting or us wasting our time reading/responding.

wasting time? what like otherwise you'd be out making millions of dollars? fucking hell. Everyone should stop pretending like this is such a major inconvenince, i dont see a forum rule (correct me if i am wrong) thats says "you stupid fucks, ask any EB2k questions and die because you didnt find some obscure webring"
