Title: Consoleshop Reliable? Or No?

i order a talismoon fan from consoleshop about 2 weeks ago i emailed them lots of times and no respones im thinking that i just got scamed but i can always get my money back so this is the question is it a reliable site to buy things or they just take this long to get u ur order?

are they a US based shop? perhaps the delay is raid related? regardless, moving to the Shop Discussion section.
