Whats so rare about them? I was looking to spend $100 tops.

i have no idea what is so rare about them. its not my listing, i just did a search for it after seeing this post. i actually just replaced the kem-400aaa assembly in the 40gb ps3 i got the other day. bought the assembly on ebay from a place in georgia that sells used and repaired lasers/assemblies.

is that particular one one of the backwards compatible ones?
