Title: Evox Skin Creator Problem

i got a problem with the final outcome of my dashboard skin.

i am using evox skin creator, then problem is that when i upload the final
dashboard cover the menu has no outline evan though i have specified a color in
the skin creator.

If anyone can help please replay,
