My experience with xboxhaze could not have been worse. He quoted me a reasonable price of $32.00 to repair my PS2 but had difficulty responding to messages. He told me he could repair it but could replace the board for $50.00 mod it with my supplied Crystal Chip 2.0 SLE Pro. This was back in the middle of January. After he received the money I did not get any responses to questions in almost a month period. Finally he sent me a tracking # with USPS (even though he said he would use FedEx). I kept in contact with my local post office for over two weeks when finally they said that it was obvious that he had not sent it and opened an investigation into the matter. They said it was fraud. I contacted xboxhaze several times yesterday and today and explained the situation. He stated that he would refund my expenses but when I calculated them out and sent him a PayPal request he has gone in reclusion, or maybe he's sick again or possible out of town. Whatever the excuse do not trust this guy despite a few "positive" posts. It's not to difficult to have friends and multiple accounts set up to praise yourself. Don't be fooled and robbed like I was, out $82.00 in "repairs", $100.00 PS2, $72.00 Crystal Chip 2.0 SLE Pro, $40.00 shipping and Insurance and other expenses. It's not worth it.

That is not the correct story.

You sent me a PS2 that was not working...damaged by a bad install that you attempted.  I spent many hours trying to find out the problem.  Once I found the problem.  I gave you the best option to fix the problem.  You accepted the option.

Now you basically told me in PMs that if I didn't Pay you $327 that you would start an investigation against me and now you are starting to post here trying to bully me in to paying you $327.  I don't feel that is a fair deal considering you sent me a broken PS2 and a Crystal chip.  I did not respond to the PayPal request for the payment because I don't feel that is fair.  I mean I could buy you a new PS2 and a Crystal chip and come out cheaper.

If you would like to discuss more reasonable terms, then I am more than willing.

This is the correct and accurate story and in no way am I trying to "bully" you. You told me to explain my costs so I did. $327.00 is what I had to spend in total for the PS2 Crystal Chip, shipping, insurance, both your "repair" costs and expenses getting my PS2. It is fair and accurate and the people of this forum should be aware of who they are dealing with if they consider your "services". You have yet to explain to me or the people of this forum what happened to my merchandise. You should buy me a PS2 and crystal chip 2.0 SLE Pro and have it over nighted to me but you did not even suggest this, you decided to ignore my multiple PM's. Hopefully this will make other reconsider you and your services. Administrators of this and other forums have been made aware of the situation and your actions.

Please do, because I have nothing to hide and the admin can confirm if you have tampered with them and lied again. Better yet let me. Oh and our last comment about how you took my DVD drive and put that into another PS2, why would I ever want you to make money off of my property you fucking scumbag. Your a fucking liar and a thief and everyone will know about it.

Explain how I fucked you. I have had trouble like this in the past and I have always been proven right. If USPS wants to investigate then that is fine with me I will cooperate completely and provide them with all the info they need. But I will not pay you for something you did not send. You sent a damaged PS2 which I still have because all I did was put your dvd drive in another PS2 as we agreed upon, and you sent a Crystal chip. That in now way is worth $327.

This is very common for when I ship USPS. I guess it is because I live so far out in the country. I have my postal carrier pick up all my usps packages and they do not scan them. They deliver them to the PO and they go straight to the sort. I have had this happen many many times especially when I ship a large number of packages at one time. Give it a couple of more days.

I have contacted my local post office every day since we spoke and today they have decided to start an investigation. I have given them what little information I have but need to know the specific date my package was picked up, was it the 13th? They told me they should be in contact because they don't know if the package was ever shipped but not to worry because that would be serious. Why didn't you ship FedEx like you said or track the package since you sent it USPS and add insurance like I did? If this is gone, which is looking like the case more and more, then I'm out a PS2, a chip, $32. and $50. and pissed. Tell me you are looking into this on your end and have a plan other than to blame the USPS

$88.00 - for used PS2
$35.00 - had to replace power board in PS2
$32.00 - your original "repair" cost
$50.00 - your "repair" cost
$72.00 - for Crystal Chip 2.0 SLE Pro (shipped 2 day air)
$40.00 - Shipping and Insurance of PS2 to you
$10.00 - for gas to get me back where I started before this all began at the beginning of January.
Total: $327.00
If you don't think this is an accurate representation of the costs I incurred then present me with my items and explain to me what happened and when so I can provide the information to the Postal Service Authorities. Thank you.

I also love how you exaggerate your cost of things...$40 for shipping and insurance.  It cost you $17.05 to ship with insurance.  I have the original box you shipped in and providing a pic of it below.  I also have the email where I told you about swapping the DVD drive instead of repairing all of the damaged traces.   That is posted below also.  And what about the $35 for replacing power board...I never did that.  And you want me to pay for a working used PS2 when all you sent was a broken one. $10 for gas what is that for?

You keep saying your willing to work this out reasonable, when I see nothing but the same bullshit. Send me my PS2 with my Crystal Chip 2.0 SLE Pro in it working like you said in your own response, but no same bullshit, same xboxhaze. Seems others are coming out and others are listening to what's really going on here. I did not leave anything out, I provided all the PM's that where in my inbox douche. You admit to saying you will send it back fixed but forget to tell everyone it was at the end of January. I replaced the power board myself and that was what it cost me before I sent it to you asshole, how many times do I have to repeat. You lied and stole my property and everyone knows it. It's obvious you will not replace my items because you lied about sending it to me when you had shipped parts of it off to another "customer". So you can't fulfill your agreement. The costs below are what I incurred and is plain for everyone to see.

The facts are simply as follows:

I provided a PS2 to be fixed
a Crystal Chip 2.0 SLE Pro to be installed properly
$82.00 in "repair" costs
and a shit load of patience

Jon or xboxhaze provided
lies that he would repair at the agreed price
lies that he had fixed my PS2
lies that he had shipped it back to me
lies that he lives so far in woods and delays in shipping happened "many, many times before" (google map 920 Shiloh Rd. Saluda SC 29138)
Now he tells me he used my good PS2 DVD drive to put into someone else's PS2 so he could "fix" it and has the balls to say I agreed to it. What possible reason would I have to agree to that after paying $82.00 for him to repair mine, shipping insurance, a chip and everything else. He is a _ucking liar and everyone can see that. Don't trust this douche. All his talk to work something out is bullshit, I worked out a deal before even sending him my property. That's the deal and if he doesn't like it send me the costs I incurred getting to this point.

Anyone who deals with this scammer does at there own peril
