As for programs I offer the following things that come standard with my modding...

XBMC
Dvd2Xbox
Xboxftp (nice program for xbox to xbox file sending)
Boxplorer
Evox Dash (with quite a few skins too :-P)
UnleashX Dash
Avalaunch Dash

And for other things I do to the box as no extra $$

12v Fan Mod
ATA133 Data Cable (xbox comes with ATA33, you do the math)
and soon, front LED change (blue or white)

so there ya go!

PS. I stand by my work, and I can do entire mods in a day or less

EDIT: I am currently learning TSOP flashes and will soon be offering that service for 20$ flat

EDIT #2: I HIGHLY reccomend the Xecuter 3 modchip...It is what I am most familiar with and most comfortable with. But I will not hesitate to do other chip installs

Just needs the trace repaired and the wire soldered on.

I was wandering if you could install a Xenium Ice for me on my 1.6 Box. Well see, also, when I take the chip and adapter out, when I try to turn it on, it turns on, then off twice. then it FRAGS. Maybe you can solve this problem if and when you install the Ice for me. My e-mail is [email protected] and [email protected]. E-mail me. Also, Umm maybe don't install that much stuff on it because i want to tell some of my friends i did some on my own . Well maybe not. I Want slayer's 2.6 and the m8_16 BIOS if that is ok. I ended up replacing unleashX with XBMC , to keep it in line with the other box.

With both running XBMC i am able to FXP stuff from one xbox to the other.

Installed my chip in front of me then gave me a full walkthrough of how to configure and use my dashboard. great communication too, was more than happy to answer questions for me over the phone after I brought my box home. I highly recommend this guy to anyone living anywhere near Ann Arbor, its worth the drive.
