Title: Help With A Video Problem

hey, i changed a setting on my xbox and now the screen seems to kina loop from top to bottom and it won't stop moving no matter what i do.since i can't see what i am doing i can't switch it back(i think i swiched somekind of video setting). any advice and/or help would be greatly appreciated.

If you set the video region incorrectly grab the enigmah video mode switchdisc (enigmah video mode selector disc) from the usual place and then....

I found this thread by using XS-search and boy am I happy now  :D !!! I've been busting my (non-exixtent :P ) balls trying to get some colour since I came back home to my PAL-country with my NTSC X-box.Many, many, many thanks!
