Title: Auto-installer Disk Will Not Load

I've tried multiple disks and multiple burning programs and nothing will load.

I am using the auto-installer (Slayer's auto installer) and nothing loads.

Any advice? =(

what kinda dvd drive do you have if you have a thompson are you using a dvd-r or a cdrw? maybe try a different brand

Hi, I've tried a few brands. I have the xbox dvd-rom.

Should I get a new dvd-rom for the xbox? Thanks :-)

Does the try that you put the Disc onto have holes in it, or just one big space at the back ?

Hi, to the left and the right of the center of the hole, there are 2 smaller holes.

I had loads of trouble burning it to a disc to get it to run. In the end it was on a CD-RW that I've used countless times. The difference was that I burn it with recordnow max by Stomp instead of Nero and it worked first time. I used the Evo M7 bios and have a phillips drive.

Have wasted most of the weekend trying to get where I am now. At least it seems to be working now...

I have an iso file that i used to burn my own auto installer kind of thing.  Its got all the newest versions of evolution x, avalaunch, xbmc, dvd2xbox, and unleashx.  It can also flash the newest xecuter bios.  I just burned it to a cdrw with nero, and it worked great.

ok the two little holes on the sides means u have a samsung. i have the great sammy also and mine reads imation cd-r's perfectly fine. from what ive heard the sammy reads almost all cd-r's

how fast did you burn the disk? try as slow as you can

 sounds like you have a samsung.  I suggest you go and get a cd-rw (brand new) and follow the directions on how to burn slayers.  (ie disk at once no multisession etc)

are you trying to load the disc with just the ms dash
it wont woke you have to have evox or some other dash on there to boot up the disc       unless you have mod chip
