Send me your xbox and I will mod it w/ a flashed chip and ship it back (within us) for $40 (chip included) -
Any software can be installed for an additional $5 (limit 10 software titles) - Switches and leds also done.. About anything you see online I can do (no moving [trailing] lights please, heh)

Do the math. $40 shipped back including the chip.
Now that would have to be a cheapmod at $5 cost maximum.
Shipping an Xbox anywhere in the US costs at least $10-$20 thats using UPS ground which is the cheapest shipping method.
So basically the install charge is $25 assuming the shipping is $10 and chip is $5 bare minimum.
Could also be falshing the TSOP which would account for the cheap service.
I would be very careful with this guys
