biggest problem is.. people offering these 10$ please help me offers.. usually never pay out.

Then.. people who feel they were owed money.. complain that they got ripped off. Guess who they come to first.

Me.

Frankly.. I'm a little sick of it.

Considering some actions. Probably add something to the rules shortly or something.

As noted.. this is an online community. Sometimes you get an answer right away.. sometimes you won't. No one is obligated to answer anything. What's more.. just about every question.. has been answered.. repeatedly.

Best help you'll get.. is when you learn to help yourself.
