Title: Ps3 Motherboard 12v Pin Has Ground

i tought my ps3 psu was damaged but i tried with a pc psu and when i touched the 12v on the ps3 motherboard the red light turned off immediatly and thats what exactly did whith the ps3 psu.

i checked with multimeter and the 12v pin on the motherboard has ground


any help?
