Bit of a late reply, but try this....
LEAD FREE SOLDER - (Top Heater 32mm above board - Bottom temp 260c with TC just above heatplates)
R1 85*C - 180 seconds
R2 140*C - 45 seconds
R3 170*C - 45 seconds
R4 225*C - 45 seconds
LEADED SOLDER - (Top Heater 32mm above board - Bottom temp 260c with TC just above heatplates)
R1 85*C - 180 seconds
R2 150*C - 55 seconds
R3 185 *C- 55 seconds
That's with the thermocouple 2mm away from the bottom right corner of the GPU.
