Yes. Remember only partitions larger then 256gb need the treatment, and that formatting a partition wipes whatever is currently stored on it.

Thanks for that, I've told xboxhdm to create me an F partition, so hopefully i'll be able to reformat it with 32Kb clusters with xboxpartitioner once i've done the auto installer.
