Title: Unreal Tournament 3 exclusivity not in doubt

confused.  how is this exclusive if its shipping to 360 a little later?  poor choice of terminology.

It's a common usage these days.  The term "exclusive" can be broken down into 3 categories:  

1. Truly Exclusive (1 platform only)
2. Console Exclusive (1 console, also on PC)
3. Timed Exclusive (launching on one platform earlier).

UT3 is #3.  Actually, UT3 is more like a combo of 2 & 3.  I think it's launching on PC and PS3 at the same time and the 360 a littler later.  So it's really a:

4.  Console Timed Exclusive
