However IMO for games which greatly depend on performance, not using the SPEs IMO don't make these games genuine PS3 games to judge the power of the platform on, but should rather be viewed as far from optimal ports.

4) Formula One Championship Edition
5) Super Stardust HD
6) Heavenly Sword
7) Lair
8) Killzone 2
9) Final Fantasy XIII (uses SPE enabled White Engine)
10) Gran Turismo 5
11) Warhawk
12) Untold Legends
13) Uncharted: Drake's fortune
14) Infamous
15) The Getaway 3 - Tech demo
16) Unreal Tournament 3 - Sony developers helping Epic.

And the proffesional method of gathering information:
developer said something about SPU = game uses SPU
developer didn't say anything about SPU = game doesn't use SPU

Exactly.  Sounds like the well thought out conclusions of a 13 yr old.
