Personally I just want HD versions of every move David Fincher ever made and I can die happy watching them on my projector over... and over... and over....

This is likely because the attach rate of movies purchased by people that buy that PS3 will be low anyway, so there will be little lost revenue by doing this while at the same time increasing the preceived success of the blu-ray format.
