Title: Where Do We Go To Register For The Playstation Network?

Where do we go to register for the Playstation Network? I heard that you can do it online without owning a PS3, but I can't find where. If anyone knows, please drop a line here. Thanks.

It should be available soon. I can't find it anywhere at the moment.

I think it only allows you to reserve your gamertag.

Yeh I dont think its up yet or something, because I always get an error when I try and connect to the PS store and everything....it might also be my network that is the problem.

Yeah! That's why I was asking! I guess I should have said that in my original post.
