the picture is awful blurry, i dont even know what im supposed to be looking at



if your camera has a macro setting, use it (icon is usually a flower) also, take the picture outside where you get sunlight, if you do it around 8am or 4pm and face the sun you can hold the camera and look straight down on the drive without getting a shadow, like this

Just from that photo, the legs on the chip look pretty buggered... try cleaning it up with some desoldering braid and see what happens...

I would be willing to attempt to repair it. No charge if i can't fix it.

My fee is normally around $10 per broken item. Example one broken trace $10, one missing surface mount component $10 + cost of component.
