Title: Where To Get A Cyclowiz?

Anyone have a good source for a CycloWiz chip?  I have a guy who wants a launch console modded and won't (don't ask my why, please) accept a homebrew chip.

I initially thought of a Wiikey before being reminded of the sad state of affairs that's about, therefore I think my next best bet is a CycloWiz.

I'm checking on a guy over at nintendo-scene ATM but would greatly appreciate any advice/hints/sources for a CycloWiz or two that can be bought and shipped to Japan (or at least to the US or BC Canada area for middleman-ing).
