Title: Accessing The C: Driver On A Debug Xbox

Is there anyway to access the C: driver on a Debug Xbox?  I want to see if there's anything wrong with my C: partition.  I can't run my dashboard and I want to see what's wrong.  Sorry if this is a dumb question.  Thanks.
