Title: Twilight Princess Progress

For those playing LoZ:TP, how are you doing? I just finished the Forest Temple with 5:50hr. of gameplay, four hearts and three pieces of the next container. All I can say is, wow. I never thought I would say this, but it's as much fun as Ocarina of Time....wow, just wow.

My wife has been playing non stop. She was saying something about a water temple but no idea how far she is into the game.  I dont pay too much attention because i want to play it myself.

my friends room mate has 50 hours logged, and is on the 7th of i think 9 temples. damn.. ill finish it sometime 2007.

Sounds like he's making good progress. From what I hear, it's over 100 hours to complete. That's a freakin' long time, but I'm still trying to go slow to enjoy it.

I have atleast 20 hours clocked in, and I'm starting the water temple now. Although I don't want to go in because I like to keep wandering around Hyrule doing random crap.

Wow, you guys are pretty far. How are you coming along with heart pieces? Anyone using strategy guides or just balls to the wall? I have to admit, I'm using a strat guide a bit just so I can get all the extras, not so much for gameplay.

What's everyone's impressions so far? How do you feel it stacks up to the previous LoZ games?

I just beat the water temple at about 19hrs. I think i'll slow down a bit so I can make it last. I got a guide, but i'm not going to use it first time round. I believe I have about 7 1/2 heart peices and 8 bugs collected.

I've only finished the first dungeon, but my roommate finished the game.... thankfully when I was sleeping as to not ruin the game for myself!

Im about halfway through the desert temple (4th) with about 22 hours. Havent played in a few days though...finals coming up for the quarter  sad.gif

Just finished the snow temple (mansion). Haven't kept track of how long i played but i'd say 20-25 hours.

I've just gotten to the part where you get out of the Twilight Realm but still in wolf form.  Almost 3 hours done I think.  If the game is really 100 hours long, I'm not gonna be done with it til the middle of next year... lol.

I'm just shy of 20 hours and am at the part where I first look upon the dried lakebed. I still have to collect the tears of light for this section.  Definately a killler Zelda title.
