... after playing about an hour of Wii sports, especially baseball, you're tired. I think I'm going to start doing this every night before I go to bed.
I'm finding these controlsincredibly fun but somewhat hard to decipher. Curves, twists, it's all rather difficult to learn, or maybe I'm just trying too hard?

I think I threw my arm out pitching in wii sports. I see the demand for physical therapists greatly increasing now that the wii is released.

lmao..
i was just winded after playing a half hour of the training activities, as i run up the stairs for a mcdonalds chesseburger.
oh well, time to relax a little and play some more zelda...

I played the boxing and tennis for a while. shoulder actually sore today. In the baseball I almost threw out my elbow. I need something heavier so I don't rip a damn ligament or something. I think I'm going to strap a 2lb weight to the wii mote.

I've already pulled a muscle in my arm from pitching
. With a Wii age of 77 I guess thats to be expected

After the first day of Wii Sports, I had a huuuge neckache, which led to a bad headache. I think it was from turning my body to the side while playing tennis. I now just face the TV head on.

Ah, the things you discover when sitting down. The lazy man's homerun.
Sit in your chair facing your TV, point the button side of your wii remote to the side as if you were standind to the side of your chair and batting. Give it a short, quick chop forward with the right timing and you'll hit homeruns all day. Yeah, I know it's cheap. I just thought I'd share my adventure in my day off.
