Got my Wii yesterday and when my wife and I were playing Super Monkey Ball we found a minigame that plays almost identical to Mario Kart.  It was very fun.  You only used the directional pad to shoot bombs, bananas, etc. and to steer you just move the whole remote like a steering wheel.
