Yes, it's possible to play games from a MemoryStick. However, your PSP's firmware must be version 1.5 or lower (if you have 2.0, you can downgrade to 1.5), and the backed-up game can't require 2.0 firmware. Fortunately, 'Twisted Metal: Head On' does not require 2.0 firmware to run.
Look over the tutorials at the top of this forum to see how to run backed-up games on a PSP.
How can a game require 2.0? then people with old psp's couldnt play.
Thanks for the answer btw

If a game requires 2.0 and your on 1.5, you have to upgrade to play.(Its a firmware upgrade, its included in the game, its just installed like a software upgrade) The problem with this is, backups and some homebrew only work on 1.5.

lets not pass untrue info on...
At the time of my posting, GTA: LCS was not playable on a PSP with 1.50 firmware, as the demonstration version of '2.00 game loader for 1.50' was released on the 22nd.
But then again, the only 2.00 game I was thinking of was GTA: LCS, which I knew couldn't be patched to run on 1.50 firmware
