Title: Difference Between A Downgraded 2.0 And An Orig 1.5 Psp?
Post by: KiNETiK on February 07, 2006, 08:57:00 AM
Hey guys,
I apologise in advance if this sorta question has been asked here before, I am pretty new to the PSP market! I've done a fair bit of research on the PSP and am really interested in getting one (especially after playing my mates (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)) I'm also very interested in the homebrew scene and so forth that seems to be ticking over nicely.. Basically what I want to know is if I should buy a PSP with firmware 1.5 on it or does it not make any difference if I get a PSP with v2.0 on it and downgrade to 1.5? Are their any differences at all?
Thanks in advance (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

There is no difference between an "original" 1.5 and a 2.0 downgraded to 1.5.

btw, if you buy a PSP from a shop now, it will more then likley be a 2.0 or above.

OK cheers,
I was either gonna go down the Ebay route or try and pick up a second hand one in a high street gaming shop (after checkin the version on it (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif))
