Title: Can The Cpu Speed Hurt My Psp.
Post by: jop12 on January 01, 2006, 08:20:00 PM
I read my snes emulator info. and it said to "use 333mhz for a speed at you own risk". Does this mean that its damaging or dangerous to use? Thanks for any help!

no, it just drains your battery life quicker... that's the only negative.

i run it at 333mhz alot and my psp is in perfect working order. A matter of fact sony was going to have teh thing run at 333mhz by default but it drained the batterys to fast so tehy slowed it down to 222mhz. Also before you go right to 333mhz try 266mhz first. Alot of games that i play work fine with that extra 44mhz boost.
