Title: Will This Adapter Work In A Psp?
Post by: mysticrider92 on February 18, 2009, 07:29:00 PM
PSP takes Memory Stick Duo cards. SD cards won't fit.

Your best bet is either ebay (shop wisely), or checking the Sunday paper for sales at Best Buy, Staples, Office Depot, etc.. I've found some good prices in those.

For the brand, look for something made by either Sandisk (best for the price) or Sony. Lexar sticks are fairly good too.

ok well i checked some at walmart.
i seen a 4 gb lex pro duo with magic gate....that will work right? and its only 25 bucks...
will that card alow me to rip my umd games to it and play it off the card?or will it corupt the game when im ripping it or something.....

im a noob to psp...sry...

what exactly should i look for in a memory stick.

I'd advise going with a sandisk or a sony. Lexar's are horrible. First problem with them is that I havn't been able to load a single plugin .prx using a lexar. And I've had them corrupt saves before. I've never had problems with my sony's and i know sandisks are good too
