Unless you're at an updated version of Firmware (Something like 2.70 which would auto create the folder for you as it is), VIDEO folder wouldn't work...
You'd need to go to MP_ROOT, and put it in one of the two folders....name the file either MAQ1xxxx.mp4, or M4V1xxxx.mp4, or something like that (X's equal whatever number)...
And is the file even converted to .mp4 (or .m4p) format? Use ImTOO PSP Video Converter if it isn't...
