ok, im a noob to psp hacking but not xbox or 360.
i just got a psp with the sony 3.03 firmware on it and did some reading.
i figured id execute 3.03 HEN with liberty citys and then downgrade to 1.5 and it worked fine. i then flashed the firmware to 3.03 oe C and tested out the cube prog to see if it would run and it did!
now what i cant figure out is that every other homebrew app i obtain wont execute. i get a "The game could not be started (80020148)" error.
how come it will run the cube hombrew but not anything else?
help greatly appreciated.
p.s. if this is a very noobish question i am sorry but ive literaly started 2 hours ago.

That or boot into recovery mode (hold R while powering on). You can change which directory holds the 1.5 kernel homebrew. On the Dark Alex custom firmwares, the default is /PSP/GAME150. This can be changed. I prefer to keep my 1.5 homebrew in the usual /PSP/GAME folder so all I do is go into Recovery Mode and change the folder under configuration.
