it might have crashed, some things do that when the file structure is wrong, or even for no reason at all. wait about 15 minutes then shut it off. or try pressing home. if you press home and nothing has happened, then your psp crashed.

i'd suggest not turning it off if the MS access light is blinking but sometimes, it's your only choice.
