Title: .tivo --> Xvid?

k so i have this recording from my tivo that i successfully transfered to my pc....but its stuck in a .tivo file...im looking for a way to get the video file inside that .tivo file....if anyone has any ideas id appreciate it.

i saw that one too but all i could find was etivo and it only supports up to version 2.1 of tivo desktop....and the current version is far past 2.1
