i want to upgrade the xbox ram. the surface mount ram chips are no big deal for me to put in. my question is, in the guide that showed you how to do it, it said you needed the linux bios on the chip or tsop. will it still boot up with the x2 bios and is there something i can use to see that i have 128mb of ram, like an app of some kind?
ps. does the delimit app that u can use on xbe work like will it help if i use the delimit app on elder scrolls for example. or will it still act like it would and not try to use more than 64mb of ram.
