Well I cleaned the computer and the 6800 had two large clumps of dust under its cover.  Right now its at 42 with a system temp of 33 after about 1 1/2 hours.

Ya just cleaning the clumps of dust out can help the airflow and decrease temps by quite a bit...
I wish I would have done this a long time ago, my card has had those high temps for a long time...
