Title: I Can't View Secure Websites

for some reason i can't view secure sites now. i know that the setting is enabled in both firefox and IE and they both don't work.

The https service (or whatever it's called) is enabled. thanks in advance for some thoughts on what it wrong

Never mind. i got it fixed. one service wasn't configured right.
