Ok, I got a 1.6 from this guy. Doesnt power on at all. I used my multimeter to check the 3.3v ok current from the psu. It jumps around from 1v to 8v. The other 3.3v doesn't read anything, even when i hit the power button. The 12v going to the HD shows nothing but the 5v reads 5v. So I guess I was wondering do i need a new psu or just a MMVT3906 power regulator?
EDIT: There is no sign of any damage on the PSU.
