Title: Hardrive - Which Is Best And Will Not Over Heat
Post by: DaFunks on April 07, 2007, 08:56:00 AM
I am getting tired of my 10GB harddrive and want to upgrade but I have been told that some overheat too much and can break.

I do not need a really big hard drive but I also do not want to spend that much.

Maybe around a 160GB  would do as I have been told of problems with bigger ones.
So is there any I should look for that would work best? Or anything I can do to stop them overheating (Without too much messing around)

Thanks for any help.

I just used a Western Digital 120GB (WD1200JB) I had laying around. Works like a charm. I dont think overheating is really all that much of a concern for the Xbox.

Oh and this: High Heat May not Harm Hard Drives, says Google
